Nature's Cure in Time of Need Community Workshop
Come join us at the Land of Oak and Iron for a free workshop celebrating the natural heritage of the region as part of the Nature’s Cure in Time of Need: New Voices for North East Nature project. This Heritage Lottery-funded initiative aims to capture underrepresented voices and their stories of how nature has provided comfort and strength in challenging times. These stories will then be consolidated as part of a new collection in the North East Nature Archive, housed in the Great North Museum: Hancock and preserved for future generations.
Join us as we chat about the places that inspire us, craft nature journals together and share your story of Nature's Cure in Time of Need. Light refreshments provided.
See below for a full outline of the workshops activities - we look forward to seeing you there!
