Spectacular cliffs, offshore Islands and estuaries on the coast are the breeding haunts for a range of fascinating and specialist birds. Not just seabirds, during this presentation the aim will be to showcase the diversity of birds that visit the area to raise their young, and to discuss some of the issues that can have an impact on their success.

About the Event Lead
Born and raised Northumbrian, Tom is currently a freelance ornithologist, bird tour guide, broadcaster, lecturer, traveller and importantly a Birdwatcher. A British Trust for Ornithology diehard who has been studying seabirds for 5 decades who has an in-depth knowledge of Roseate Tern built on 30 years of fieldwork.
