Join us as we explore different sections of the Ouse Burn with a focus on urban nature and wildlife recording (largely using iNaturalist/iRecord).
We will be following approximately the same route as that followed in our 'Walking the Ouse Burn' blog: Walking the Ouse Burn Part 3: 'Kingfishers and Cave Spiders' - Natural History Society of Northumbria

This walk is approximately 2 miles and will largely be on well maintained paths. If you have any questions about accessibility please email Ellie at urbannaturalist@newcastle.ac.uk.
Recommended equipment
Essential: Sturdy shoes and weather appropriate clothing.
Optional: Smart phone with iNaturalist and/or iRecord downloaded, with an account set up, as we will be largely using these for recording.
