Edited by Lisa Kerslake (1998). Published by Northumberland Wildlife Trust and the Natural History Society of Northumbria. Volume 58 Part 2 of the Society’s Transactions.
This 283 page book with 14 illustrations was published as a conservation tool to highlight the status of rare species in Northumberland and to identify what we did and didn’t know about them. It covers rare birds, plants, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, fish, molluscs, crustaceans and invertebrates.
The Red Data Book was originally priced at £15 but is now on special offer for only £5 (plus £3.50 p&p unless collected from the NHSN office).
The NHSN office is currently closed due to guidance on Coronavirus and we’re not able to post print copies of our publications. We apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment caused.
