Join us for a pond dipping session at Gosforth Nature Reserve. Discover what we can find living in the pond and how to identify them.

Event length: 1 session, Tuesday 14 April, 10:00am - 11:30am (approx)
Event structure: Outdoor session
Event Cost: £5 (you only need to book a ticket for the child/children attending)
Age: Suitable for ages 5-11
Meet at: Field Studies Room, Gosforth Nature Reserve, Salters Lane, Newcastle
Additional Notes:
- Toilet facilities are available.
- Please bring suitable walking shoes.
- All equipment will be provided
- Photos may be taken as part of this event for social media purposes - if you would prefer to not be included please let a member of staff know at the start of the session.
Accessibility
This event comprises a walk of approx 0.5 mile. Most of the walk will take place on woodland footpaths and board walk and there may be tree roots along the way.
