Join NHSN volunteer and long time birder, Tom Darron, for a wander along the Ouse Burn looking for birds, including the elusive Kingfisher.

About this event

Join NHSN volunteer and long term birder Tom Darron for some urban birdwatching along the Ouse Burn. This will be a relaxed, explorative walk focusing on Autumn/Winter woodland and river birds. Species which call this place home include the Dipper, Little Egret, and of course, the Kingfisher.

Please bring optics if possible, suitable waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear, and perhaps snacks/a flask of something warm to drink!
