Join local experts for special bioblitz event at the fascinating and diverse Hepple Estate in Northumberland.

Recommended Equipment: Sturdy walking boots, sun cream, water and a packed lunch.
Hepple is a 1600 ha private estate, east of Rothbury managed in a wilder way for nature and connecting people with the natural world. Hepple has a wide range of habitats and we will be looking at plants, lichens, mosses, fungi, invertebrates, birds and other animals to record, guided by specialists.
This event is suitable for beginners and those with experience – there is something for everyone. Please bring a packed lunch, water bottle, suncream, hat and wear full length trousers and stout walking shoes/boots.
After the walk there will be an option to take a tour of the Hepple Gin Distillery and purchase some bottles, for those who are interested.
