About Gosforth Nature Reserve's Centenary Celebration
To mark 100 years of Gosforth Nature Reserve, we're holding a special programme events exploring the reserve and its fantastic wildlife. From wildflowers and birds to ladybirds and bees, there is lots to look forward to this summer. All are welcome. Please come along and help celebrate 100 years of protecting local nature.

About this event
Gosforth Nature Reserve is a stunning array of dragon and damselflies. Join NHSN entomologists, Chris Wren and Gordon Port, for a relaxed and friendly walk as set out to see some for yourself. Though weather dependant, sightings may include Common Darter, Emperor, Southern Hawker and Common Blue Damselfly.

This event comprises a walk of approx 1 mile. Paths may be muddy so please bring walking boots or wellies.
